DIPHONIX^® RESIN - NUCLEAR UTILITY APPLICATION

Diphonix^® resin has proven successful in nuclear utility applications. This resin can be used for the removal of radioactive transition metals such as cobalt- 58/60, manganese-54, etc. As shown in the figure below, Diphonix. resin improved Northeast Utilities Millstone Station’s ability to control radwaste cost and reduce curies discharged and personal dose.
